Vegetables not only useful as a fiber channel to make your digestion. According to research, the vegetables can also make you avoid the disease asthma.

A study conducted the University of Nottingham. The researchers observe the children who suffered from asthma from 1980 until 2007. The results of their observations, the majority of children suffering from asthma and a lack of vitamin C.

The researchers have not found what makes the people with asthma lack of vitamin A and C. That the researchers recommend that people with asthma to  eat many vegetables so needs of vitamins to be met.
